Buyer FAQs

How do I calculate the power supply wattage I need?

Add the rated wattage of all LEDs on the circuit, then add 20% headroom. For example, 5m of 14.4W/m strip = 72W, so choose a 100W driver. Running a supply at 80% load or less extends life and avoids nuisance trips.

IP20, IP65 or IP67 — which rating do I need?

IP20 for dry indoor installations; IP65 for splash/dust exposure such as covered signage; IP67 epoxy-potted for genuine wet locations — buried landscape fixtures, outdoor billboards and coastal environments. Read the IP rating guide →

Can I mix 12V and 24V LEDs on one driver?

No. Output voltage must match the LED product exactly. 24V allows longer cable runs and less voltage drop; 12V is common in signage and small fixtures. Never connect a 12V load to a 24V driver.

What dimming options do your drivers support?

TRIAC/phase-cut for retrofitting standard wall dimmers, 0–10V/PWM for commercial control systems, DALI for building automation, and Tuya WiFi/Zigbee/BLE for app and voice control. Compare dimming methods →

Do you provide samples and private label?

Yes. Stocked samples ship quickly; custom-labelled samples take around 7 days. MOQ for label/branded box programmes starts low — tell us the series and quantity when you request a quote.
